Public directory data
Company name, city, state and business category may appear in the directory. Phone, email and full address appear only when the member explicitly opts in.
Private member data
Private contact and identity records live separately and are never joined into a public query. PAN, GST and date of birth are never public.
Applications and enquiries
Information submitted through membership, contact and grievance forms will be limited to what the workflow requires, protected with role-based access and retained according to an approved policy.
Payment information
Payment requests are available only behind member authentication. The public site does not expose bank account details or scannable payment instruments.
Your choices
Members can review their profile, change optional directory visibility and request corrections through the portal or role-based membership contact.
