The NECTA Grievance Cell mediates business, distribution, and warranty concerns among members, OEMs, and trade partners across North East India.

Lodge a complaint

Open to members, trade partners, and the public. All complaints receive an official reference number and are reviewed confidentially by the Grievance Cell.

Confidentiality & Fair Hearing

All grievances are handled impartially in accordance with NECTA bylaws. Submitted evidence is stored securely in private archives and is accessible only to authorized Grievance Cell officers.
